Melodie Lynn Tague – age 62 of Lee’s Summit, MO passed away peacefully Saturday evening, February 7, 2026, surrounded by family at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, KS, after a courageous and fierce 21 month battle with breast cancer.

A service celebrating Lynn’s remarkable life will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, February 13, 2026, at Stith Funeral Home in Gallatin. The family will receive friends one-hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Friends may call after 9 AM Friday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Gallatin, MO.
