President Trump made his disappointment in the Republican-appointed Supreme Court Justices clear on Friday after they ruled against his tariff authority under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA).  As The Gateway Pundit reported, SCOTUS invalidated Trump’s tariffs under the IEEPA on Friday, but Trump told reporters that the ruling actually confirms his authority to impose tariffs. “I don’t think the court meant that, but it’s the way it is,” he said. Led by Chief Justice John Roberts, Justices Neil Gorsuch, Amy Coney Barrett, Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan, and Ketanji Brown Jackson blocked the Trump Administration’s tariffs under the Act.
