Cringe California Gov. Gavin Newsom is facing scrutiny over a viral Atlanta appearance and a separate podcast remark in which he said he has “no clue” where his own birth certificate is. During a recent book-tour event at Atlanta’s Rialto Center for the Arts before a largely Black audience, Newsom said he scored 960 on the SAT and told the crowd, “you’ve never seen me read a speech because I cannot read a speech,” framing the line in the context of his self proclaimed “dyslexia”.
