Police bodycam footage shows a “super drunk” Judge Ludington slurring his words as he denied having anything to drink. The Michigan-based Judge’s blood alcohol level was 0.27 – more than three times the legal limit. WZZM13 reported: He was arrested in Emment County in October 2025, accused of driving under the influence. Ludington is facing an operating while intoxicated charge and OWI with a blood alcohol content of .17 or higher.
