Suspects arrested rape of 12-year-old girl in Miami On Thursday, two minor suspects, ages 12 and 13, have been charged in connection with the brutal rape of a 12-year-old girl in Miami. The two suspects, Jusiah Jones and Nelson Nunez, will be charged as adults. A third suspect, 15-year-old Xavier Tyson, was also arrested and charged in connection with the rape. According to authorities, the 12-year-old victim was walking home from a friend’s house last June when Nunez grabbed her and forced her onto a couch as Jones put rocks in her mouth to stop her from screaming as Nunez raped her.
