Troubled singer Britney Spears was arrested for DUI in Southern California and booked in Ventura County jail on Wednesday evening. Per TMZ, the 44-year-old was taken to a hospital early Thursday morning to have her blood drawn. Britney’s manager, Cade Hudson, told TMZ that Spears is going to take steps to comply with the law. “This was an unfortunate incident that is completely inexcusable. Britney is going to take the right steps and comply with the law and hopefully this can be the first step in long overdue change that needs to occur in Britney’s life.
