Charles Ray Rowan, 100, of Lee’s Summit died Friday, March 13. Visitation begins at 1 p.m. with services following at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 21 at Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond. Burial will be in Bethel Cemetery in Polo. Military honors provided by the United States Navy and Ray County Veterans.
