President Trump will participate in the swearing-in ceremony for former Senator Markwayne Mullin (R-OK) to serve as Homeland Security Secretary this afternoon.  Mullin submitted his resignation from the US Senate on Monday after the Senate voted to confirm him as DHS Chief. The Senate voted 54-45 to confirm Mullin to replace former DHS Secretary Kristi Noem.
