Travis Wyatt “Monkey” Poff, 6, of Waverly, MO, passed away Tuesday, March 31, 2026, in Waverly.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, April 10, 2026, at Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall with Margaret Larsen and Robert Poff officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Sweet Springs. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Memorials are suggested to the Waverly Fire Protection District and an online guestbook is available at www.campbell-lewis.com

Born June 14, 2019, in Marshall, he was the son of Bud Magic Poff and Julie Ann Reinitz Poff who survive of the home. Travis was a kindergartener at Santa Fe Elementary School, in Waverly, and touched the lives of all those he met. He enjoyed dinosaurs, playing on his tablet, and earned his nickname, “Monkey”, because he loved climbing on everything.

In addition to his parents, Bud and Julie; he is survived by siblings: Sharyn Poff of Waverly, Justin Poff of Waverly, Kody Poff of Warrensburg, and Stephanie Green of Sedalia; paternal grandmother, Loretta Smith of Cabool; as well as aunts, uncles, cousins, and other extended family and friends.
