In March, The Gateway Pundit reported that a driver plowed a vehicle into Temple Israel Synagogue in West Bloomfield Township, Michigan, with more than 100 children in the building, and opened fire. The synagogue attacker was identified as Ayman Mohamad Ghazali, a Lebanese national who first entered the U.S. in 2011 on an IR1 immigrant visa as the spouse of a U.S. citizen. Ghazali was born in Lebanon in 1985 and entered the US in 2011. He became a naturalized US citizen in February 2016 under the Obama Administration.
