A federal judge on Monday dismissed President Trump’s $10 billion defamation lawsuit against The Wall Street Journal. Florida-based US District Judge Darrin Gayles, an Obama appointee, gave President Trump a chance to refile the lawsuit. Trump’s legal team told Fox News that it will refile the lawsuit. “President Trump will follow Judge Gayles’ ruling and guidance to refile this powerhouse lawsuit against the Wall Street Journal and all of the other Defendants.
