Henrilynn Ibezim Henrilynn Ibezim tried to give himself a boost during the 2021 Mayoral primary in Plainfield, New Jersey but attempting to turn in forged voter registration applications. He brought the falsified registrations to a post office in Elizabeth, New Jersey, in a garbage bag and were allegedly completed without the authorization of the individuals whose names appeared on them.
