Robert Joseph Plummer, age 64, a cherished brother and friend, who departed this life on Thursday, April 30th, 2026, at St. Luke’s Hospital, Kansas City, Missouri. Robert was a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, where he spent many years surrounded by family and friends who will miss him dearly.
Born on Monday, January 29th, 1962, Robert was the son of George J. and Katherine (Martin) Plummer. He was a 1980 graduate of Chillicothe High School. Chillicothe, Missouri. He recently retired from Trenton Foods, where he was a forklift driver. Robert enjoyed remote controlled airplanes. He also loved to fish and hunt, especially duck hunting.
Robert is survived by his two devoted sisters, Jody Plummer of Chillicothe, Missouri, and Mary Griffitt and husband, Craig of Burleson, Texas; two brothers, George R. Plummer of Cameron, Missouri and Stone Plummer of Chillicothe, Missouri; and one niece, Kelly Ann Spridgen and husband, Brice of Albuquerque, New Mexico, who will miss him as well. He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Katherine Plummer.
