Medea Benjamin and Hasan Piker. As you may have heard, back in March, Medea Benjamin of Code Pink, far left influencer Hasan Piker and others, traveled to Cuba. It was basically a political operation. They claimed they were there to show solidarity with the people of Cuba, but they were really just celebrating communism, which they think is great for some reason. Now they are facing federal scrutiny over the trip and have been served subpoenas. It’s all fun and games until you’re the target of a federal investigation, right?
