As ESPN reported , Green Bay Packers running back Josh Jacobs was arrested Tuesday in Wisconsin and booked on multiple domestic violence charges. According to The NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, Hobart-Lawrence officers were dispatched to a “disturbance complaint” involving Jacobs on Saturday morning. The offenses Jacobs is accused of are: battery (domestic abuse, criminal damage to property), domestic abuse, disorderly conduct (domestic abuse, strangulation, and suffocation), and intimidation of a victim. Brown County jail records obtained by ESPN show that the strangulation and suffocation charge is a felony, while the other four charges are misdemeanors….
