O’Keefe Media Group founder and legendary investigative journalist James O’Keefe sent a letter to Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Harmeet Dhillon on Friday, requesting an investigation into the Washington Nationals for religious discrimination against its own players.   The letter, drafted by First Amendment Attorney Benjamin Barr on behalf of O’Keefe and CatholicVote President and CEO Kelsey Reinhardt, follows a letter from Rep. Lauren Boebert, accusing the ball club of “unlawful religious discrimination” and calling on Dhillon and Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche to take “immediate and decisive action.” According to Fox News, the DOJ has acknowledged Boebert’s letter. “The Department is reviewing the matter and will evaluate all appropriate next steps.
