An ICE agent charged in the nonfatal shooting of a Venezuelan migrant was arrested in Texas on Friday morning. Earlier this month, Soros-funded prosecutor Mary Moriarty charged an ICE agent with the nonfatal shooting of a Venezuelan migrant she claimed was legally in the United States. Moriarty charged the agent, identified as Christian Castro, with four counts of second-degree assault and one count of falsely reporting a crime.
