As The Associated Press reported on Wednesday, General Christopher Donahue, commanding general of U.S. Army Europe and Africa and commander of NATO’s Allied Land Command, surprisingly announced he was quitting his position after only a year and a half. Per CBS News, Donahue had been clashing with Hegseth.
