Tom Kean Jr., the New Jersey GOP Congressman who mysteriously went AWOL for almost four months, has emerged from hibernation and spoken publicly for the first time. On Wednesday, Kean greeted New York Times reporter Tracey Tully at his home in Westfield, New Jersey. He was wearing a suit and a tie. While Kean declined to provide details on why he has been missing for so long, he told Tully, “It’s good to see you. I’ll talk to you next week.
