Bobbi O’Neal, 46, of Carrollton, Missouri passed away August 23, 2026. A visitation will be held from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Noon) on Thursday, September 3, 2026 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Carrollton, Missouri. A funeral service will follow at noon at the church, and there will be a graveside service immediately following the funeral at Carroll Memory Gardens in Carrollton.

Bobbi was born on April 28, 1980, to Bob O’Neal and Helen Thomas. She spent her childhood on a farm in Carrollton, where she enjoyed being outdoors, something she continued to enjoy throughout her life. A member of the Carrollton High School Class of 1998, Bobbi continued her education at State Fair Community College and later attended Concorde Career Institute in Kansas City, where she earned her degree as a medical assistant.

Bobbi was hardworking, dependable, and always willing to give of herself to help others. She spent many years at Five Acres Group Home, caring for those who needed her, and later continued that work at Spring Manor. She eventually began working at the Carrollton Post Office as a rural mail carrier, where she remained until the time of her passing. Bobbi took pride in working hard and being someone others could depend on, both in her work and throughout her life.

Family was the center of Bobbi’s life and what made her happiest. Of all the roles she held throughout her life, none meant more to her than being a mother to her two sons, Tayden Garrett Thomas and Austin Collier McCumber. Bobbi often said that her greatest accomplishment in life was her children.

Bobbi found so much happiness in being with the people she loved. She enjoyed working in her yard, baking, and spending time with family and friends. Whether gathered together for a special occasion or simply enjoying time with one another, those were the moments Bobbi treasured most.

Bobbi had a special way of making people feel welcomed, loved, accepted, and like they truly belonged. She gave freely of herself and was always willing to put the people she cared about before herself. Her sense of humor and personality brought laughter to those around her, while her warmth made people feel at home.

Bobbi is survived by her sons, Tayden Thomas and wife, Chandler Grace, and Austin McCumber and wife, Gracelyn; her father, Bob O’Neal and stepmother, Louann; her mother, Helen Thomas; her siblings, Billie O’Neal, Doni Hemme and husband, Brian, and Clifton O’Neal and wife, Kelsie; her stepbrother, Ricky Burton Jr.; her stepsisters, Kayla Ford and husband, Kody, and Jessica Gilpin and husband, Corey; along with several nieces and nephews and many other family members and friends who loved her dearly.

Bobbi was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Lowell and Ruth O’Neal; her maternal grandparents, Bill and Gwen Brotherton; Nathan Thomas; and Kinzie Laire.

The love Bobbi gave so freely will live on in the family she treasured and in the many lives she touched. She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
