Steven Earl Fay, age 74, of Rothville, MO; passed away September 7, 2026, at Brookfield Health Care Center in Brookfield, MO.
Steven Earl, the son of Mildred L. Nelson and Earl W. Fay was born December 11, 1951, in Estherville, Iowa. On March 4, 2005, in Marshall, Missouri he married Wanda Lee Browne. He was a member of Laborers’ Union 955.
Steven is survived by his wife, Wanda of the home in Rothville, daughter, Traci (Jeff) Sheffer, son, Trent (Holly) Fay, step son, Tommy Venneman, several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two sons, Daniel Fay and Michael Fay, and step daughter, Tammy Venneman.
A service to Celebrate the life of Steven will be held at 11:00 am. Monday, September 21, 2026, at the Rothville Baptist Church in Rothville, MO. with the burial to follow in the Rothville Cemetery, Rothville, MO. Visitation will be from 10:30 am – 11:00 am. Monday, September 21, 2026, prior the service at the church.
Arrangements are entrusted to the care and direction of the Rhodes Funeral Home, Brookfield, MO.
