Owen McIntire, the 19 year-old trans person who is the main suspect in the firebombing of a Tesla dealership in Kansas City, Missouri, is facing 30 years in prison if convicted. Back in April, a judge released McIntire from jail so that he could continue his transition to female, but that freedom is not likely to last. Attorney General Pam Bondi has made it quite clear that she is taking this crime and others like it very seriously.
