Video screenshot. The Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, Kristi Noem, announced a major seizure of drugs. On Thursday morning, Noem announced that the U.S. Coast Guard offloaded more than 45,000 pounds of illegal drugs valued at over $500 million at Port Everglades in Florida.
