Judge Tanya Chutkan The DC Circuit Court of Appeals on Wednesday temporarily blocked Judge Tanya Chutkan’s order doxxing DOGE workers. Earlier this month Judge Chutkan demanded Elon Musk and DOGE turn over sensitive documents and data within 21 days—all to appease a coalition of Democrat state attorneys general. Chutkan’s order mandated that DOGE disclose sensitive information and internal documents concerning employees, contracts, and federal engagements directly linked with states participating in the lawsuit.
