One of the individuals is reportedly also accused of having sex with another individual and failing to disclose an HIV infection. The male 14-year-old victim told police the suspects began masturbating in front of him in the sauna on board, touched the teenager, and forced him to perform a sexual act on them, according to a police report. 36-year-old Jose Prudencio Diaz and 37-year-old Ricardo Daniel Mondragon Leal were charged with child molestation and exhibition.
