As previously reported, the left-wing watchdog group American Oversight filed a lawsuit against John Ratcliffe, Pete Hegseth, Tulsi Gabbard, and others, claiming their use of the Signal app violates the Presidential Records Act. American Oversight boasts about its ‘activist litigation’ targeting Republican interests, especially the Trump Administration.
