While the Trump administration is reportedly cutting funding for Australian universities that promote gender ideology, 19 animal research laboratories across Australia remain eligible for funding from the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), including at the universities where funding is being halted. The cuts are part of President Donald Trump’s ban on funding diversity, equality, and inclusion (DEI) projects, grants, and programs.
