Former director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), Anthony Fauci, left a legacy of botched COVID and AIDS responses, including a COVID-19 vaccine that is believed to have killed many thousands. The Office of Minority Health, a federal agency dedicated to the health of black people and minorities, is also on the chopping block.
