Abe Hamadeh (R-AZ) introduced new legislation on Monday to prevent lawfare from obstructing the President’s election integrity agenda by codifying President Trump’s Preserving and Protecting the Integrity of American Elections executive order. President Trump’s March 25 executive order mandates voter ID and documentary proof of citizenship to vote in federal elections, audits and improves the security of voting machines, and orders the DOJ to enforce the law against states that count mail-in ballots received after Election Day.
