The disgraced far-left actor and comedian Alec Baldwin is warning that America is in a “pre-civil war environment.” In a bizarre and incoherent rant uploaded to social media in which he looked like a haunted man, Baldwin argued that there are comparisons between life under the Trump administration and the build-up to the American civil war.
