A fundraiser supporting the family of accused murderer Karmelo Anthony has raised over $164,000 on GiveSendGo. Anthony fatally stabbed 17-year-old Austin Metcalf at a track meet in Frisco, Texas, on April 2. Metcalf, a junior at Frisco Memorial High School, died in the arms of his twin brother. According to reports, the confrontation began when Austin asked Anthony, from Frisco Centennial High School, to move from under the Memorial High School team’s tent. Metcalf allegedly moved Anthony’s backpack, leading to him pulling a knife from his backpack and stabbing the honor roll student in the chest. Over 30 students and staff witnessed the stabbing.
