On Thursday a federal judge in Pennsylvania denied President Trump’s motion to dismiss a defamation case brought by the Central Park 5. US District Judge Wendy Beetlestone, an Obama appointee, ruled that the ‘Central Park 5’ had produced enough evidence to move forward with their defamation suit against Trump. In October, members of the “Central Park 5” filed a defamation suit against Trump over his statements during ABC’s debate last year.
