Republicans in the House have passed the SAVE Act, which would require proof of citizenship to vote. Longtime Democrat strategist James Carville appeared on NewsNation this week and insisted that such a thing is ‘totally unnecessary.’ Isn’t that curious? Carville said that voter fraud in the United States is virtually undetectable and that it almost never happens. Well, if that’s true, then what would it hurt to codify this act into law?
