A twice-deported illegal alien with several prior felony convictions is set to be released by the sanctuary state of California after serving less than half of his prison sentence for killing a 19-year-old couple while driving under the influence.  Oscar Eduardo Ortega-Anguiano (43) was reportedly drunk and high while driving over 100 miles per hour when he crashed on California’s 405 freeway, killing Anya Varfolomeev & Nikolay Osokin in November 2021. He was then sentenced in early 2022 to ten years in prison on two counts of gross vehicular manslaughter. However, California now plans to release him more than six years early.
