Scott Jennings, the lone voice of reason on CNN, recently pointed out that activists judges who are being ‘shopped’ by Democrats are bringing the United States towards a real Constitutional crisis as they continually interfere with what should be the president’s job. Jennings goes so far as to suggest that if this continues, that Congress may have to intervene. He also says, correctly, that what these judges are doing is a political ploy. It’s a direct effort to try to run out the clock on Trump’s presidency, just like they did with lawfare during Trump’s first term.
