Liberal Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor interrupted and scolded fellow liberal Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson on Wednesday during oral arguments on a religious charter school case. At issue is Oklahoma’s effort to create an online Catholic charter school. If the Supreme Court rules in favor of St. Isadore of Seville Catholic Virtual School, taxpayer money will be used to fund ‘religious education.’ Justice Amy Coney Barrett recused herself from the case.
