Hyrum Baquedano-Rodriguez/Image: U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Hyrum Baquedano-Rodriguez, 26, an illegal from Honduras, had charges, including home invasion and child abduction, dropped in the blue city of Fairfax, Virginia, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has announced he is now in their custody. According to Fox News, “Fairfax County police arrested Baquedano-Rodriguez on Nov. 9, 2021, and charged him with three counts of indecent liberties, including exposing genitals to a child and indecent exposure.” After local authorities dropped a series of his charges, ICE stepped in and arrested Baquedano-Rodriguez, who is now in custody pending removal.
