Thomas Massie (R-KY) took to social media to drop a bombshell allegation: that House Speaker Mike Johnson quietly canceled a key vote this week on a rescissions package backed by President Trump — a package aimed at slashing $9.3 billion in bloated federal spending, including cuts to left-wing propaganda mills NPR and PBS, and the now-defunct USAID.
