A federal judge earlier this week ordered North Carolina to certify Democrat Allison Riggs as the winner of the hotly contested Supreme Court race. Last month, the North Carolina Supreme Court ruled that most of the 65,000 questionable ballots must count in the hotly contested judicial race.
