Texas DPS pursued a human smuggler on a high-speed chase in Webb County driving a white Chevy Malibu. During the pursuit, the smuggler, Ruby Martinez, slowed down and let an illegal alien bail out of the vehicle. Martinez then took off and continued to evade the trooper until they did a PIT maneuver to stop the vehicle….
