The irony, of course, is that countries governed by strict Islamic law would never tolerate many of the things liberals openly champion—such as abortion, same-sex marriage, gender ideology, drag queen story hours, or even the right to insult religion. In fact, the women leading liberal protests would not even be allowed to drive, speak publicly, travel, or work without a male family member’s permission or presence.
