Pedro Mondragon-Ramirez, a 41-year-old illegal, is accused of stabbing a woman and her unborn baby to death during an argument. Police report that the stabbing took place in Rock Hill, South Carolina, on Friday night during an argument. According to police, officers found the victims, 37-year-old Leonor Alpizar and her unborn child, inside a home and transported the victims to the hospital, where they were pronounced dead.
