Singer, songwriter Billy Joel abruptly canceled all upcoming concert tour dates after being diagnosed with a brain disorder. The 76-year-old made the announcement on social media on Friday. Billy Joel announced he has been diagnosed with Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus (NPH) which has led to problems with hearing, vision, and balance. “This condition has been exacerbated by recent concert performances, leading to problems with hearing, vision and balance,” the statement read. “Under his doctor’s instructions, Billy is undergoing specific physical therapy and has been advised to refrain from performing during this recovery period.
