President Trump tore Harvard to shreds on Wednesday in the Oval Office when he was asked several questions about the ongoing battle between his Administration and the Ivy League University. The Trump Administration froze more than $2.7 billion in multi-year research grants and $60 million in contracts for the school last month. The Administration is also cracking down on Harvard’s use of student visas. Last week, the Department of Homeland Security informed Harvard University that it will no longer be allowed to issue student visas for international applicants. The decision follows Harvard’s failure to supply documentation confirming that it adheres to U.S. laws prohibiting discrimination in the name of DEI, toleration of campus violence, and collaboration with authoritarian foreign regimes, including the Chinese Communist Party.
