On May 20, 2025, 8-year-old Juliette Leong testified before the Nevada Assembly Committee on Ways and Means in support of AB 584, a bill promoting school choice. The bill is designed to enhance school choice, accountability, and funding for high-performing educators while giving families wider access to alternative educational settings, including charter and private schools and homeschooling.
