President Trump on Monday evening pushed back on another fake news story floated by Axios. Earlier Monday, Axios published what they called a “scoop” on President Trump’s nuclear deal with Iran. According to the report published by Axios, President Trump’s envoy to the Middle East, Steve Witkoff, submitted a proposal to Iran that would allow low-level uranium enrichment. Of course, this contradicts President Trump’s public statements vowing to never allow Iran to enrich uranium. President Trump’s Cabinet members have also said publicly that Iran will never be allowed to enrich uranium.
