Democrat Newark Mayor Ras Baraka filed a lawsuit against Interim US Attorney Alina Habba for “false arrest and malicious prosecution.” Ricky Patel, a Special Agent in Charge of the Newark Division of Homeland Security, was also named as a defendant.
