The Florida man who was charged after ‘stealing’ Ashley Biden’s diary will avoid prison time. Far-left prosecutors in the Southern District of New York (SDNY) charged Robert Kurlander and Aimee Harris over their role to sell Ashely Biden’s abandoned diary. Harris was previously sentenced to one month in prison. Kurlander was facing up to five years in prison.
