Bill and Hillary Clinton were recently spotted in New York at a book signing event for the launch of their book, “The First Gentleman.” Former President Bill Clinton, 78, looked frail as he arrived for the book signing. Bystanders called out to Bill Clinton as he shuffled over to the entrance of the event where Hillary Clinton was signing autographs. At one point Bill Clinton grabbed onto a pole to stabilize himself.
