As Fox News’s Bill Melugin reported, Cynthia Gonzalez, the vice-mayor of Cudahy, posted a social media video last week expressing her anger at the fact that some of the area’s most notorious gangs were nowhere in sight at the anti-ICE protests that tore up LA.
